JOIN THE FIGHT
Since 2011, the East Coast Militia has been at the forefront of elite AAA youth and midget hockey in New England. Founded as a spring and summer showcase program by former Babson College star Nik Tasiopoulos, the Militia quickly established itself as one of the nation’s best showcase teams.
From ages 5-20, in both boys and girls tournaments, the Militia captured numerous spring and summer tournament championships. To this day, the Militia continues to field teams in highly-competitive recruiting tournaments and showcases.
In 2018-2019 the Militia expanded to become New England’s largest midget AAA program. The Militia offers various Tier 1 and Tier 2 National-Bound teams at the U18, U16, U15, U14 and U13 levels.
In 2019-2020 both the Militia and Vikings moved into our brand new home - The Thayer Sports Center in Braintree, Massachusetts.
Today (2025) we have 22 boys teams.

Militia HC is always looking for passionate, dedicated coaches to join our growing program. Our organization offers coaching opportunities across all age groups and skill levels, from our youngest developmental teams to our most competitive programs. Coaches in our program play a vital role in teaching the fundamentals of hockey, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and helping players grow both on and off the ice. Whether you are an experienced coach or someone eager to learn and develop within a supportive hockey community, Militia Hockey provides the resources, mentorship, and structure needed to make a lasting impact on our athletes.
